Introduction
Links Publications respects each individual's right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web sites only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies to information collected on any Links Publications' Web sites.

Part I. Information Collection
Links Publications collects information through our Web site at several points. We collect the following information about primary visitors on quote requests:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Fax Number
Links Publications does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information. We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information:
  • Geographically information
  • Exit & entry points on the web sites
  • Number of pages viewed & visits
  • Average time on the sites
  • Entry methods to the web sites (i.e. search terms or originating sites)
We collect demographic data in order to better understand the flow of traffic throughout our web sites and to target customers interested in the information and services provided by our partner companies.

We collect this information through the usage of Google Analytics and our Quote Request Forms. The request forms collect personally identifiable information pertaining to customers interested in more information on golf travel packages. Google Analytics is used to track the information on customers visiting the web sites. The information is collected both voluntarily and involuntarily. Other information we request is optional.

We do not employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user's computer hard drive to be a unique identifier.

Banner advertising appearing on our Web site does not collect any information.

Part II. Information Usage
The information collected by Links Publications will be used for understanding consumer habits when looking for golf information. Users who provide information via the quote request form will receive package information from partnered travel companies.

Included email addresses will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter only if stated inclusion. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources.

We may share data with the following third parties: Links Golf Travel and Links Adventures. These third parties will use the information to follow-up on quote requests and to better understand consumer habits. Users may opt-out to not have their information shared with third parties.

We offer links to other Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

If our Web site offers chats, forums or message boards please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge.

If our policy on information collection or usage changes, we will advise you by email within a reasonable time period.

Part III. Access to Information
Links Publications maintains the accuracy of our information by reviewing all information. Users may contact us about inaccuracies they may find. Users may delete their information from our database by requesting it be removed.

If problems arise, users may contact Links Publications. We are committed to resolving disputes within 24-hours.

Links Publications protects user information with the following security measures including security protocols, secure servers, firewalls, SSL encryption and other technology and procedures used to protect consumer privacy.
